Have your contact information, machine or product details, and a description of the issue ready. Vend-ee's Byte will confirm anything else needed.
Covered parts
The one-year parts-only warranty covers control boards, machine motors, the bill acceptor, and the coin mechanism.
Refrigerated machines
Limited coverage includes necessary refrigerant recharge and relay or capacitor replacement. Full compressor replacement is excluded.
Labor and exclusions
Labor is excluded from the warranty. Full compressor replacement is also excluded.
