Refund policy

Terms of Sale:

1. All sales are final. By signing this bill of sale, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the transaction is completed.

2. The buyer acknowledges that the vending machine(s) being sold are covered by a 60-day in-house warranty provided by the seller. This warranty covers the following components: Vend Motors, Bill Acceptors, and Coin Mechs. Limited warranty coverage is provided for items such as Cooling Units and Vendor Boards. The warranty guarantees that these components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 60 days from the date of sale.

3. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep, and operation of the vending machine(s) after the sale is completed. The seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the buyer as a result of the use or operation of the vending machine(s).

4. Payment for the purchase is to be made in full at the time of the sale. The seller accepts the following forms of payment: cash, credit card, bank transfer, or Affirm Financing.

5. The seller shall not be responsible for any chargebacks initiated by the buyer. Once the payment is received and the sale is completed, the buyer agrees not to dispute the charge or seek a chargeback through their payment provider.

6. This bill of sale shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.
